Hi — I’m Chelle Sims, a Madison-area Realtor who believes real estate should feel supportive, straightforward, and a little less stressful than people expect.

With over three decades of experience in real estate marketing, I bring strong pricing strategy, marketing expertise, and skilled negotiation to every transaction. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for a local real estate developer, working closely with builders whose homes were featured as Parade of Homes sites multiple years.

Today I work with buyers and sellers throughout Dane County, including Madison, Middleton, Fitchburg, Verona, and Sun Prairie. My goal is always the same: provide honest guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy so clients can move forward with confidence.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I take the pressure out of the process. Rather than pushing quick decisions, I focus on listening, asking the right questions, and helping people make the choices that are right for them.

I’m based on the west side of Madison and have deep roots in the community. I’m also a long-time advocate for people with disabilities and have volunteered with several local non-profits over the years.

Professional Memberships and Designations: National Association of Realtors (NAR), Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations.
