I’m the Founder and Mortgage Advisor behind Summit Mortgage, powered by West Way Lending. I’ve spent over 20 years across banking, mortgage, and fintech, working in roles ranging from retail banking leadership to helping scale mortgage technology platforms. That experience has given me a unique perspective on both the financial side of lending and the human side of what it means to make one of the biggest decisions of your life.

I started Summit Mortgage because I saw a gap in how people experience the mortgage process. Too often, it’s rushed, transactional, and focused on rates instead of real understanding. I wanted to build something different—an approach centered on clarity, transparency, and long-term relationships. My goal is to help clients feel informed and confident, whether they’re buying their first home, navigating a move-up purchase, or exploring how to use their equity more strategically.

A big part of my work today is helping people make sense of their options in a way that actually fits their life—not just what looks good on paper. I believe clarity should come before commitment, and that the best decisions happen when people feel educated, not pressured.

I’m based in Denver’s Virginia Village neighborhood, where I’m actively involved in building connections with both homeowners and local businesses. I’m a proud member of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and am certified by the National LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). I care deeply about creating a welcoming, inclusive experience for every client. Homeownership should feel accessible and empowering, not intimidating.

Outside of work, I live in Virginia Village with my husband Jason and our two dogs, Hudson and Mimi. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me out in the neighborhood, supporting local spots, or working on ways to better connect people within the community.
