Amy Hitt is the Designated Broker and Owner of Panoramic Realty, serving buyers and sellers across Northern Arizona since 2018. Before real estate, she spent more than 20 years in public education, including a decade as a principal. That work sharpened her decision-making and strategic planning and taught her deep patience. Amy listens closely, watches every detail, and is always willing to slow things down so her clients feel comfortable and respected throughout the process.

Amy has personally closed more than 190 residential and land sales and enjoys continuing to work transactions while serving as the broker of Panoramic. She holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certifications, and she is committed to making every client feel welcome and well represented.

Amy has both received and sent several client referrals through the LGBTQ+ Alliance directory. She values the trusted network it creates and is always glad to connect clients with Alliance members, in Arizona or wherever life takes them.
