About

I'm Crystal Strong, a Realtor® with Windermere Real Estate proudly serving Ferry and Okanogan Counties in Northeast Washington. I specialize in rural properties, acreage, waterfront homes, ranches, and recreational land, and I love helping people discover everything this incredible part of Washington has to offer.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how important it is to work with someone who sees you, respects you, and creates a space where you can simply be yourself. Buying or selling a home is a big life event, and I believe every client deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and treated with dignity from our first conversation through closing day.

Living and working in a small rural community has given me a unique perspective. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel at home, regardless of who they are or who they love. My goal is to provide knowledgeable, honest representation while helping build a community where people feel safe, included, and valued.

My clients know me as someone who enjoys solving problems, explaining the process, and staying calm when transactions become complicated. Whether it's navigating inspections, wells and septic systems, financing challenges, or negotiations, I'm committed to finding practical solutions and advocating for my clients every step of the way.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying the outdoors with my wife—gardening, kayaking, camping, or exploring the mountains and rivers that make Northeast Washington such a special place to call home.

Real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It's about helping people find a place where they can build a life, create memories, and truly belong. I'm honored to be part of that journey.

I'm also active with Pride of Ferry County because I believe strong communities are built when everyone feels welcome. Supporting my neighbors—both in real estate and beyond—is one of the most rewarding parts of living in rural Washington.
